A Trusted Partner Committed to Safe Housing
We Operate with Unwavering Integrity & Compassion
We offer a person-centred approach, combining property expertise with health and social care insight to create homes that are safe, dignified and compliant. We’re honest about risks and returns and believe that good housing should change lives, not just fill properties.
Integrity
A promise to tell the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, and to do right by tenants, landlords and councils.
Compassion
We never forget that behind every property is a person or family, and we treat them with respect and care.
Accountability
We keep our word, take responsibility when things go wrong and work tirelessly to put them right.
Impact
Our goal is always more than a tenancy; every home should have a positive, long-term outcome attached to it.
Here's How We Got Started
From Lived Experience to Housing Vision
In early 2025, District Nest was born from Dwayne’s years in mental health and social care. After seeing people moved from bed to bed and families stuck in unsafe homes, he set out to build a housing company that put safety, dignity and stability at the centre
Building Skills, Systems and Standards
In mid-2025 we invested heavily in training and CPD, including Samuel Leeds property courses, and built our first systems for sourcing, compliance checks and partner onboarding, making sure every deal could stand up to both regulation and real-world scrutiny.
First Properties and Council Partnerships
By late-2025, we had our first safe, compliant homes ready and began working with landlords and local councils to place families on Local Housing Allowance. Every property was checked, documented and managed with safeguarding and clear communication in mind.
Opening Doors Across the UK and Beyond
As 2025 unfolded, we also began exploring international opportunity lanes in Portugal, Dubai and South Africa, focused on ethical, social-impact projects. Today, District Nest continues to grow those connections while strengthening our housing partnerships here in the UK.
We Always Put People & Properties First
Driven by a clear purpose, we bring together social-care insight and property knowledge to design housing solutions that protect both tenants and landlords. Instead of relying on rigid processes, we work hands-on with you to create safe, compliant homes that safeguard income and dignity. Our collaborative approach means you always know what’s happening and why.
Our purpose is to bridge property opportunities with meaningful social impact, creating safe homes and stronger communities
